Nico woont sinds 2001 in Spanje. Heeft in Nederland veel leservaring opgedaan en in Spanje oa clinics gegeven aan de europesche scholen van Brussel en Moskou. Tevens heeft hij de eerste golflessen gegeven aan Lucille Werner, die nu inmiddels haar golfvaardigheids- bewijs heeft gehaald.

I started with golf for the first time when I was 6 years of age and played for about 2 years. I started it again when I was about 15 again and got down to 7 hcp.
My philosophy of golf is to teach it to everyone the same way I was taught, with enthusiasm, feel and psychology. I currently work with 2 tour players wich is about to enter the Europeen tour. I have been working with them over the last year and half. As I speak 5 language I have a lot of customers from all over Europe. My next year is going to be very interesting, as I am going to enter the Spanish proff league. I hope to qualify and see what is coming out of it. Well I hope this little information have given you an idea of what kind of person I am.

Languages: English, Spanish some Swedish.
Professional Qualifications: member of British PGA since 1972 - 4 times qualified for European Tour between 1976 - 1983, worked at numerous clubs in the UK, Pitea golf club Sweden 1984 - 1989, El Plantio Alicante since 2004. Experience of coaching at all levels, some involvement in golf club management and administration and even greenkeeping! Have run my own business repairing and fitting golf clubs.
My basic philosophy of golf teaching: If I think that in 35 years I have seen every type of golfer my next client will soon remind me that there is plenty more to learn! You can't afford to relax - make the next lesson the best you have ever given.
